I made a raspberry pie today. Not very Earth Day-y, given that the raspberries are from Serbia. I used frozen berries, and I think it worked out okay. The pie wasn’t too soupy. For the filling, when using frozen berries, I think it helps to add extra flour to absorb the moisture.
